Our mission is to expand consciousness and support meaningful transformation—mind, body, and spirit—through a heart-centered community of practitioners, events, teachings, and resources that help people reconnect, heal, and evolve.
We believe healing happens in relationship: with ourselves, with one another, and with the wisdom traditions and modern modalities that meet people where they are. Elevation Evolution exists to make those connections easier to find—and more powerful to experience.
Origin & story
How it began
About 2.5 years ago, we began feeling the pull to combine efforts and work together in the healing community.
Misti Drew and Debe Sullivan began what was originally referred to as the “Lightworkers Exchange,” and several members quickly came on board. A core group of 10 women began meeting monthly, hosting events, and creating an expansive space of shared resources and collective healing modalities.
What started as a monthly gathering became a growing community—built on shared purpose, collaboration, and heart-led service.
Elevation Evolution
That group has now expanded to 12 core members and hundreds of others in the community who interact and attend events sponsored by our group, now known as Elevation Evolution.
